Ruby XX1 was brewed at the Kissingate  with help from the joint CAMRA branches for the 21st Sussex Beer & Cider Festival 2011.

We produced one of this year’s 38th Cambridge Beer Festival Specials; The Sir Frank Whittle ‘Genesis’.

The Kissingate ‘Storyteller’ is our lightest beer. Very light Chardonnay in colour, with simple lemony / piney notes. Indeed, a tangy, refreshing session ale.
A glorious chestnut coloured ale. Pleasant fruity notes with a slightly dryer finish.
Gentle and gathering bitterness derived from Cascade hopping.

Our Black Cherry Mild is stirring emotions amongst those who enjoy a full and flavoursome dark mild. Subtle additions of real black cherries in Muscavado with light Amarillo hopping provide a truly rich and wonderful taste experience.
Second best beer at The Croydon Beer Festival 2011.
Originally crafted for The Swan in Crawley Halloween Beer Festival 2010.
A rich and wonderfully complex dark ale. Smoke and oak aromas with a pleasant toffee apple sweetness. Subtle bitterness derived from Amarillo and Challenger hopping.

A classic London Porter with full roasted flavours using a blend of pale black and amber malts. Simply delicious.

A very smooth ruby ale. A careful infusion of Challenger hops and bay produce a citrus tang. Deep and complex malt flavours and a lasting biscuit aftertaste. You’ll cherish the memory of this beautifully crafted ale.
The Kissingate 'Moon' is a sight to behold. In the glass it glows deep and golden. In the mouth there's a taste of lightly roasted malts, late Autumn apples and the lingering bitterness of Challenger hops.
Inspired by local folklore & legend. Deep amber in colour. Rich malty flavours derived from amber & chocolate malts. Subtle french oak aroma. Infused with spices in order to capture the wonderous flavours of the Olde World.

Our ‘Mary’s’ Ruby Mild is an award winning, silky smooth ale. Full of aroma and character with a Port like ‘nose’. Carefully crafted to a higher than average ABV in order to capture the flavours of an old style ruby mild. So... lightly hopped but certainly not weak. Treat with the greatest respect. Won 1st place for the second year running at The Festival of Sussex Tipples 2011.
A rich and malty seasonal ale with hints of toffee, rum and plum fruit to celebrate the feast of Christmas.

We brewed this special amber mild for the North Sussex CAMRA branch to celebrate 40 years of campaigning for real ale. Light and biscuity. Notes of aniseed derived from star anise infused with mollases. Indeed, an easy going mild with a 'twist'.
